As your Travel Far Adventure Hard community admins we thought you all could use an update! We would like to keep you all involved in the travels, adventures, and tours that we have been so busy with! Over the Winter we spent a lot of time withoiut service in the mountains, hiking, camping, and, teaching, instructing, and enjoying snow sports. As a result, making it difficult for us to stay active here, so we apologize! We would like to make it up to you, so if you would like to get involved and are curious about all of the things we did, leave us a message or comment and we will gladly share and answer any of your questions here. If you have never taken the time for yourself to enjoy the Cascades, we highly reccomend. I do not think they could dissapoint anyone. I have seen some of you on other platforms sharing your travels and they are so wonderful to see! Please feel free to share some here! Give us an update too! What all have you been up to? We would like to inform you of another update! We are currently in Ohio, back to tour guide mode! If anyone is interested in travel from the west coast to the east coast or to explore parts of Ohio's most well know state park, definatly get in touch. There is so much to do here. I know right, in OHIO? The answer is yes, from hiking, camping, to canoing the river, or kayaking, enjoying local food and coffee, festivals and events. We would be so happy to give you all the guided tours, advice on where to go next if it is not here, or plan your next trip for you. If anyone is interested in plants and nature (ecology) like us! We love educating others with our guided nature tours and eco tours, so feel free to post here or comment here when your plan on doing something a little different! Our tours are personalized per person, so no tour is the same, and we try to fit your needs for whateer accomidations you need. So far our tours have been fairly successful but we would like to continue to make this happen and become even more popular for our community members and others who choose to join over the next few years. Our main goal is to help others plan and enjoy sharing our stories and passions with others. Tourism is such a wonderful industry and we love a good adventure that goes with it! I have personally been taking steps tp expand my knowledge in the outdoors, but specifically conservations and education in order to keep in mind the importance of conservation and sustainable traveling. I wanted to pop in here and express how much I've been struggling but also really learning new things about myself recently. I'm based in CO, close(ish) to Denver. I haven't been able to do a whole lot of traveling since before November of last year/2022. It's been a really big bummer creatively, as I find myself just churning out ideas and content when I travel by far the most. But I realized I'm not going to grow, I'm not getting anywhere if I let myself stop trying because the circumstances aren't exciting etc. So the past 2 months I've been pushing myself to go out and shoot video/photo once a week. Usually for an hour. That's it. I am such a firm believer that it's important to just TRY. or START. I can't say I feel that I'm creating/making/shooting anything particularly amazing. But I'm doing something, and that will always be better than making excuses and lapsing into a creative rut. Whatever you guys do or like to do... Continue on doing it :) Travel is so inspiring and I am excited to be able to do more of it... But I'm continually having to remind myself I can still enjoy life and experience and capture new things even without a huge change of scenery. And I think it's important for all of us to remember that! Travel highs are such a real thing! But I'm trying to capture and feel more appreciation for the smaller experiences in life as well <3
