“Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the website, our services as a travel agency, includes travel planning and itinerary development through remote connection with you. This means our services are provided remotely, we give you access to booking a date and time to connect with members of our company through online meetings, emails, calling, or messaging. Once you book a session with us to consult with you, your itinerary is then considered in development. Once the itinerary is complete you will receive your plan(itinerary) through email. We also offer in person guided tours of locations of your choice. In order for you to book a guided tour, the process is the same as booking an itinerary or trip plan consultation. This consultation is where we gather information to personalize your plan. This plan can also be in reference to your guided tour. These tours are guided strictly by trained professionals of our company. Our company also offers services of planning in terms of personal planning and personal travels. We may also offer you services that allow you to book a session with us to provide you with information to create your own travel plans if our other services are not services that you choose to book.
